"Helped Me Pass on the First Try"
PrepAgent felt close to what I ended up seeing on the exam, at least from what I remember. I can’t say it covered every single thing, but the practice questions and videos definitely helped me focus on the topics that seemed to matter most. I passed on my first try, so it worked well for me.

"Actually helpful for exam prep"
I used this while studying for exams, and it genuinely helped me get a better grasp of the topics. A few of the videos did feel a bit long, like I had to push through them, but overall, I’m glad I used it.

"Simple and straight to the point"
PrepAgent was really easy to follow. Everything was laid out in a simple way, so I never felt confused or like I had to dig around for what I needed. A lot of study tools add unnecessary fluff, but this just helped me focus and not waste time.

"The pass rate claims made me a bit skeptical"
I wanted to feel confident going in, but the pass rate claims just didn’t sit right with me. They sounded impressive at first, but the more I looked into it, the less convinced I was. I’m not saying the service is bad, but it definitely chipped away at my trust a bit. I would’ve appreciated more transparency instead of numbers that felt a little too polished.

"Progress tracking kept me on track"
The progress tracking is what really kept me going. I could see which topics I was still weak on and what I’d already finished, so I wasn’t just guessing what to study next. It’s simple, but super helpful. Made studying feel way less all over the place for me tbh

"Helpful, but a bit hit-or-miss"
I’ll admit I may be a little picky about this kind of thing, but my experience was kind of mixed. When it worked well, it was genuinely helpful and made things easier. But other times, it felt inconsistent, which got frustrating for me. I wanted to like it more because there were definitely good moments, but the uneven performance made it hard to fully rely on.

"Good Support, Just a Small Bump"
I had a little trouble logging into my prepagent account, so I reached out to support. To be fair, they got back to me faster than I expected and walked me through the fix without making it a big complicated thing. I did have to explain the issue twice, which was a bit frustrating, so I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, they were friendly and got it handled.

"I feel a little misled by how…"
I feel a little misled by how everyone made prep sound like it had to be super overwhelming. The study plan actually made it way easier to stay organized and took a lot of the stress off my plate. I knew what to focus on each day, which made the whole process feel a lot more manageable.

"Still didn’t feel ready for the exam"
I really wanted this to be enough, but after using it, I didn’t feel ready for the licensing exam. The practice questions seemed a little too easy and just didn’t feel that close to the real thing, at least not for me. I ended up having to use other study materials anyway, so... yeah, it was kind of disappointing

"Clear videos and easy to follow"
I’m a bit picky when it comes to tutorial videos, but these were really clear and easy to follow. A couple of parts felt a little rushed to me, but overall I liked the way everything was explained.

"Helpful basics, but the state prep was lacking"
PrepAgent was decent for the general material, and the videos were easy to follow. But I mainly needed help with my state-specific section, and that part felt really thin. Some stuff that showed up on the actual exam was barely covered, and I also noticed a few explanations that felt inconsistent depending on where I was looking. For what I paid, I expected the local coverage to be a lot stronger. I ended up having to buy another study guide afterward, which was frustrating

"Honestly Glad I Tried It"
I was a little unsure at first, but after going through the course I felt relieved. The videos broke down the main topics in a simple way, and the practice questions really helped me see where I kept messing up. A few sections felt a bit repetitive, but overall it made studying feel much more manageable. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Really Helpful Webinar!!"
I’ve been using PrepAgent for a bit now, the live webinar was super helpful!! The instructor explained things in a really simple, easy-to-follow way, which helped me finally understand a few topics I kept getting stuck on... The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it did move a little fast at times!!! But overall, I’m glad I joined and definitely think it was worth it.

"Decent for studying on my phone"
I mostly used prepagent on my phone, it worked well overall. The videos loaded fine, so I could study during breaks, which was great. Some of the pages were a little clunky though, I mean, not terrible, but I did have to zoom in and move around more than I expected. The quizzes worked most of the time too. So yeah, it was useful, just not exactly the smoothest mobile experience

"Helpful Explanations That Actually Stuck"
Well... prepagent was really helpful for me, mainly because of the question explanations. When I missed something, I could actually understand why I got it wrong, which made it easier to remember the right answer next time. It made studying feel a lot less confusing overall

"Decent study tool, but not very flexible"
PrepAgent was okay overall for studying, but the subscription setup felt kinda rigid to me. My test date got pushed back, so I wanted to pause things for a little while, and it just didn’t feel very easy or flexible. It came across more like either cancel completely or keep paying, which was kinda frustrating. I can see it working fine if your schedule is locked in, but for me it wasn’t the best fit. I just wish they had better month-to-month control.

"I still remember sitting in my car before…"
I still remember sitting in my car before the exam, trying not to let my nerves take over, and realizing the PrepAgent practice tests had already put me in this exact headspace so many times. The exam simulation felt really close to the real thing, and the questions were similar enough that nothing felt totally unfamiliar. I used it a lot leading up to test day, and it helped me calm down. I passed on my first try, so for me, it was definitely worth it.
